Chef Vincenzo is a local Sicilian Chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. Chef Vince has a decorated culinary career, having won a Gold Medal at the 2016 Culinary Olympics for Canada as well as being an integral part of the Royal Visit to British Columbia. Chef Vince was the Sous Chef at Government House from 2015-2021 having been a key member cooking for many dignitaries and royalty alike. Recently Chef Vince has stepped away from the formal cooking scene to focus on his launch of pepper based products with his company, Island Chef Pepper Co. Chef Vince has an unmatched expertise in Italian cuisine, specializing in Pasta. Please join us for a rare opportunity to see a master at work.
